Who we are
This website is operated by International Solutions OÜ (“Monviso”, “we”), registry code 14091880, Haagejärve piirkond 19, 61402 Tartu, Estonia. We are the controller of the personal data described here.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email, company, the service and budget you select and your message. We use them only to reply and to prepare a quote.
- WhatsApp: if you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp (Meta) processes that conversation under its own terms; we use your number and messages only to answer you.
- Analytics: Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads measure visits and contact actions (pages viewed, form sent, WhatsApp click) using cookies and pseudonymous identifiers.
- Spam protection: Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the form is sent by a person; it processes technical data such as IP address and browser signals.
- Server logs: IP address, date and requested page, kept for security for up to 14 days.
Legal bases
Steps prior to a contract at your request (replying to your brief), our legitimate interest in security and in measuring our website, and your consent where required by law.
Retention
Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted after 24 months. Project correspondence is kept for the period required by accounting law.
Sharing and transfers
We do not sell personal data. Processors: Google (analytics, email), Cloudflare (spam protection), Brevo (email delivery) and our EU hosting provider. Some are located in the United States and rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing by writing to us through the contact form. You can also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee) or your local authority. California residents: we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising beyond the analytics described above.
